Martin is easily accessible from several international airports. While Vienna and Bratislava are the most common arrival points, Kraków offers an excellent alternative thanks to its proximity and numerous international connections.

Martin is situated on one of Slovakia’s main railway corridors. Frequent long-distance trains connect the city with Bratislava, Košice, Žilina, and other major destinations. For many international connections, Vrútky railway station serves as the primary transfer hub. Vrútky is located approximately 10 minutes from Martin by train or taxi.
